The fastest way to make a SaaS feel messy is one account that everyone borrows. Files land in the wrong place. A comment has no owner. Billing goes to whoever signed up first.
Acme treats each client as an organization from day one. Your team joins as members. Their team joins as guests or full seats, depending on how you sell. Switching clients is a click, not a new tab with a different password.
That sounds like plumbing. It is also how trust works: when a client opens the app, they only see their work. You can still see all of yours.
Keep the shape — a list of workspaces, a role on each, a start page that belongs to the one you are in. Swap “client” for whatever your product sells into. The rest of the marketing site is written so you can find-and-replace the category without inventing a new voice.
